Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Information
All items are made to order and take approximately 5-7 business days to go through the printing process. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please Allow 2-3 Weeks for Receive Your Order
Since every item is made to order, we cannot offer rush printing. Often our orders are processed quickly and ship fast.
We Cannot Guarantee the Arrival of Orders by a Certain Date or Deadline.
Please shop early. If you are up against a deadline, please reach out via email at info@citrusskyline.com to double-check your order as soon as it’s placed. As we can check once your order is in the printing queue to see what the delivery estimate may be.
Shipments
If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Shipping Times
Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. This includes 5-7 business days for printing and ample time for carriers to deliver your items. Standard and Flat Rate shipping typically takes a week. When available, other options will appear on the checkout screen, and you are welcome to pick the best shipping.
We do not keep stock on hand as all items are made to order and printed at a professional printer. As such, we cannot offer pickup.
Upgraded Shipping
If you would like expedited shipping, please choose Priority Shipping or higher offered at checkout. We cannot, however, guarantee arrival by a certain date. Note paying more for shipping will not necessarily get it to you faster.
Address Changes
If an address or size change must be made, please get in touch with us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Address Errors
If you have supplied us with an inaccurate address, an incomplete address, or an address that prevents USPS from delivering your items, we are not liable for shipping costs to re-ship your order. If an item is returned to our printer, we will link you to the additional shipping listing you need to purchase for us to re-send the order. Please double-check the addresses associated with your account Before Purchasing.
Delivery Delays
Please give your local USPS office the appropriate time to deliver your item. Delivery delays are common and could take up to a week longer than the estimated delivery range shown on your tracking.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delivery errors. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost or delivered to the wrong address, BUT please reach out as soon as you notice a delay or stalled tracking, as we may be able to help in some way. Additionally, please contact your local USPS post office to make a claim and search for your item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
